I'm taking part in the the Couch to 5K challenge and supporting Trinity Hospice.

Everyone who knows me knows how unfit (and anti exercise) I am. However I have set myself a goal to raise at least £5000 for Trinity in 2024.

My amazing Grandma passed away on November 17th 2023 at Trinity Hospice after battling Mesothelioma for 18mths. As a family we cared for her at home, but the last two weeks she spent in Trinity and I cannot even begin to explain how incredible they were, and for that we will be forever grateful.

So over 9 weeks I will taking on the challenge, complete 3 sessions a week to reach my goal and complete 5K!
