There is so much suffering going on in the world 💔:

The violence in Israel, in Gaza, in Ukraine; the earthquake in Afghanistan and Morocco; the floods in Libya... and these are just very recent examples!

✨I am very lucky this year to be able to travel overland from my last home in Kazakhstan, to England by December. And in general, I have a great life, with awesome opportunities. But that is NOT the case for everyone...✨things can change so fast for ANYONE.

Therefore, I will put myself through some discomfort and inconvenience and aim to run 🏃‍♀️5km EVERYDAY from October 12th until December 31st.

Although I like running in general...sometimes being the key thing..., I have NEVER run 5km regularly, and NEVER everyday, so it will be a challenge.
