Story
On the 14th October, my life changed forever.
I woke to find our only child, Annabel, had tragedy and unexpected passed away. Annabel was just 11 years old. She was an incredible daughter and brought laughter and kindness to all she met.
No words will ever be able to describe the pain my wife, Josie, and I are feeling. The gapping hole left in our family is unimaginable.
To build on a lasting legacy in memory of Annabel, myself and some incredible friends (Stuart, Sam, Dale, Seb, Damo, Matt, Kelv & Ross) will be taking part in an epic challenge, ‘Man Vs Coast’ on 1st July. This is a gruelling 25 mile (40 km) run and swim across and around the Cornish coastline.
This will push me to my limit, both physically and mentally, however I know that the support of my friends, along with the cause we are raising money for will get me through.
We are raising money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital where Annabel spent several months when she was first born, and again in 2016. The staff at Birmingham Children’s Hospital are full of inspirational, dedicated and incredibly talented people that truly do change children and their parents lives.
Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
Hold on to your loved ones and enjoy every precious moment.
Much Love
Craig
