Everyone says cancer will affect everyone at some point, and until it affects you its not possible to understand how difficult and nasty it is.

I am hoping to raise money for Macmillan by running my furthest ultramarathon ever as no amount of pain it causes will be close to what people with cancer, or families of those with cancer go through.

I will aim to double my final target if it exceeds £750.
