Thank you for visiting our fundraising page!
Ethan has set off on his 2025 challenge! Walking the Cornish Coast Path for Cornwall Hospice Care.
Over the years Ethan has raised over £1500 for cancer research uk, before we knew cancer would have such a devastating effect on our family. This is an incredible amount for tiny legs, only possible with the generous support from friends, family and neighbours. Thank you all.
Unfortunately Ethan’s grandad Rob never had chance to benefit from radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy. The disgusting disease took hold of him too quickly for him to be offered any treatment to give him chance to fight, despite the words of hope given.
Now we’re fundraising for Cornwal Hospice Care.
We are so grateful for the wholehearted love and care he received at St Julia’s Hospice in Hayle in his final week. As a family, the care they provided for Rob and us, was beyond any we could ever have imagined. Rob was in a safe place and we felt at home with him, as much as possible, as we fought through the hardest time beside him.
We have all the will in the world, a little strength, a lot of passion and determination. We are also blessed with incredibly friends and family.
Luke, Ethan and I will be running/walking all 288 miles of the Cornish Coast path in 2025. We are hoping to raise publicity for sponsorship that can be made via this page!

From Cornwall Hospice Care:
Our purpose is to provide compassionate, specialised end of life care for patients, their families and carers at the time when they need it most. Together with our local community in Cornwall we will continue to make every day matter.
We strive to develop and secure the resources necessary to achieve this, both now and in the future. With only 17% of our funding coming from Cornwall's NHS Commissioners, the rest is raised with the support of the people of Cornwall and beyond - thank you all.
