Story

At MS Amlin, we’re proud to support the work of Teach First.

Children experiencing poverty face more challenges to succeed at school – and in life.

It’s not fair that potential is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t.

Children experiencing poverty start life with limited resources and that inequality follows them throughout childhood.

Having a chance at a future of their choice is what they deserve, but not what they have access to.

Colleagues from MS Amlin will be helping Help Teach First to end this educational inequality by taking part and raising money as part of Run the River on 11 September.

How can your donation make a difference?

£50 One hour’s career session for six pupils.

£100 Could provide a pupil with a week of virtual work experience.

£500 Could pay for two teachers to have professional coaching.

£6,000 Could fund a careers leader to provide careers education for 750 pupils.

Thank you so much for your support!

What is Run The River?

Teach First's annual run event along the River Thames. With mass event and virtual running options to choose from, there's never been an easier way to take part.
