Story
You don't have to walk far in Brighton to see the effects of homelessness. The Clock Tower Sanctuary is the only drop-in day centre for 16-to-25 year olds experiencing homelessness in the city. It provides vital practical and emotional support so that young people can reach their potential and help break the cycle of homelessness. It's a safe space to go to get some food, get some help with housing, have a shower, and connect with people in similar situations.
We have taken part in the Big City Sleepout for the last 2 years as it's an impactful way to raise awareness about this issue and raise vital funds.
- £10 can pay for a young person to have a shower, wash their clothes and eat a healthy, hot meal.
- £20 can pay for a new pair of shoes or clothing for a job interview or first day of work.
- £200 can pay for training and supporting a volunteer to support a young person.
- £500 can pay for a young homeless person to access all of the Clock Tower Sanctuary's support and facilities for two months.
Please help us raise as much money as we can for this important cause.
Thank you!
