Story
An Unimaginable Disaster
In the face of a devastating earthquake in Morocco, countless families are grappling with the aftermath. Homes have crumbled, livelihoods have been shattered, and communities are in dire need of assistance. In these darkest of hours and days, our human spirit calls upon us to extend a helping hand to those most vulnerable.
My Journey
Having travelled through Morocco over the past 20 years, what I recollect is the vivid fragrances of spices and fresh mint, the hustle and bustle of the many ancient souqs that I visited and the generous smiles from strangers giving a helping hand to a lost traveller. This sudden and shocking disaster made me question, how can I assist the Moroccan people in their time of need? A people whom I can sum up in the words, ‘service and generosity’.

Consequently, I am collaborating with Human Appeal, an organisation dedicated to humanitarian causes for the past 30 years, to raise funds for the Morocco earthquake emergency relief. With our support and their dedication and expertise, we aim to provide essential aid to those who have suffered.
I have committed to raise 70 Emergency Intervention Packs. One pack costs only £80 and helps provide:-
1. Temporary Shelter
2. Hygiene kits
3. Winter Kits
4. Basic food, water and daily living essentials
