On October 8th 2024 we will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for the MND Association. We are fundraising along with other members of #teamshirl all supporting this worthy cause.

We are running in support of a close family friend who has been bravely and courageously battling against this horrendous disease for over 5 years.

All funds will be donated to The Cardiff and Vale Branch of the Association and will be used to help local people living with MND and help fund research into finding a cure.
