Dan and all of our family received amazing support and care at the end of his life from St Christopher's. The whole team at the hospice in Sydenham were incredible; totally committed to making sure Dan was as comfortable as he could possibly have been in his final days, and providing support and help to us all. They are a very special group of people, doing the hardest of jobs, in an extraordinary place.

We will be forever grateful to St Christopher's and are fundraising in Dan's memory so that other people can receive the love and expert care that meant so much at the horrendously sad end of his life.
