Story

Two years ago I raised money for REUK. It was right after the Russia and Ukraine war had started. With that war continuing and the harrowing situation in Israel and Gaza, helping young refugees feels even more critical. We know education is a path to building a better future.

If you donate before the 20th of May - your donation will be doubled.

With costs as high as they are this will make a huge difference.

Refugee Education UK have worked with refugee and asylum-seeking young people for more than a decade, supporting them to access and thrive in education in the UK. Through their direct education support programmes for young people, training programmes for educators and other practitioners, and research and policy work, we know that education is critical to the building of more hopeful futures.

I am going to double this sentence: All pledges made on or before 20 May will be doubled as part of our matched funding campaign.
