This February I'm taking on the Big Winter Roam and raising funds for Cats Protection.

My cats - Tikki, Shadow and Sprocket - have changed my life. They've helped me learn how to live in the moment, to relax and laugh more, and to love with a full heart.

And when my life changed beyond recognition in 2020, it was cats that saved me. Because of them, I found the way to a change of career and lifestyle that restored my mental health and self-belief.

Now I get to work with cats every day. I see the love, entertainment, and joy they bring their owners, and I know beyond any doubt how much all our lives are enriched by their companionship. Let's give something back!
