Story
On the 4th of June it will be the year anniversary of my beloved mother Tricia Hughes passing of Ovarian Cancer, so I will be completing a 15,000 feet skydive in her memory. I have chosen to raise money for St Bede's hospice unit at the QE Gateshead , where my mam spent her last days surrounded by her loving family.
For those that may not know; St Bede's unit is a hospice where all staff members are able to provide a loving, calming environment for those in need of palliative care and their families. St Bede's Unit offers a range of care and support through heart warming family rooms, care packages, beautiful gardens, events much more. Raising this money will provide the hospice help in the ability to support more families who are going through hard times just as my family was. The majority of St Bede's amenities they offer is bought through donations and fundraising pages.
Any money that can be donated will be gratefully appreciated from myself, my family and the hospice.
