Before I go on trek to Brighton, I will be doing a squat challenge!
For every £1 donated, I will do 1 barbell squat. The starting weight is 20kg, and the weight will go up by 5kg for every £50 milestone.
£50 raised: 25kg squat
£100 raised: 30kg squat
£150 raised: 35kg squat
£200 raised: 40kg squat
£250 raised: 45kg squat
£300 raised: 50kg squat
£350 raised: 55kg squat
£400 raised: 60kg squat
£450 raised: 65kg squat
£500+ raised: max squat (currently 80kg)
