As I am sure you are already aware, a devastating 6.8 magnitude earthquake has hit Morocco and stunned the world, the quake that took place on Friday 8th September at 23:11 has so far killed over 1000 people and injured hundreds more - Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Illahi Rajioon. This death toll is sadly expected to rise.

We are working with our partners on the ground to deliver essential aid to communities affected by this tragic quake. Our teams are working hard to reach those most in need and help save as many lives as possible as we anticipate the colossal damage this tragic event will have.

This quake was the strongest to hit this part of the North African nation in more than 120 years and the impact has been catastrophic, leaving already impoverished communities desperate for essential aid.
