MMU ISOC Joins Human Appeal's Homes for Syria Project

Homes for Syria Fundraiser
We, the Manchester Metropolitan University Islamic Society, are raising money to support Human Appeal's Homes for Syria project. The ongoing conflict in Syria, compounded by COVID-19 and the recent earthquakes, has left over 14.6 million people in need of urgent humanitarian aid. The housing crisis in Syria is a major issue, with millions of people forced to leave their homes due to violence, collapsed infrastructure, and fear for the future. Human Appeal's Homes for Syria project is aimed at rebuilding communities and supporting internally displaced families by constructing 500 houses in northwest Syria, and we are aiming to fund the construction of 125 housing units, costing £3000.
With your help, we can provide safe, secure, and permanent housing for Syrians and address the critical humanitarian needs of the most vulnerable groups currently forced to live in inadequate shelters. Your contribution will not only help improve the lives of those affected by the conflict in Syria but also provide hope for a better future. We believe that every person deserves a safe and secure place to call home, and we hope you can support us in making this a reality for the people of Syria. Read more.
