Story
We are the MMMF, a registered charity raising money to maintain the legacy of Manchester United's Busby Babes, who lost their lives in the Munich Air Disaster in 1958.
Our first fundraiser of the year starts in January and runs to the end of February, co-inciding with the period before and after the memorial events on 6th February in Manchester and Munich.
We support causes dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged young people in Manchester, Lancashire, Munich and Belgrade reflecting the significance of these places in MUFC folklore and the youth of the team we lost.
Our current designated beneficiaries are:-
DePaul UK (Manchester)
Derian House (Chorley)
Francis House (Manchester)
Buntkicktgut (Munich)
Pikassio Libero (Munich)
FK Studentski Grad (Belgrade)
The MMMF is a team effort and our Trustees and Volunteers take no remuneration for their work so you can be assured all your donations will go towards supporting our charitable aims. We are registered for Gift Aid so if you are a UK taxpayer, please tick this box when you donate so we receive an extra 25% from the UK Govt.
If you would like to learn more about our work please go to www.mmmf.co.uk
Every penny you give will support children and young people in the name of the Babes and we would like to thank you all in advance
