On Thursday, October 24th, I'm stepping way out of my comfort zone at the FB Fashion Ball & National Business Hero Awards. I'll be modelling — something I never thought I'd do!

However, this is more than just a fashion show. I'm raising vital funds for Smart Works Newcastle, a charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interviews. They empower each woman by giving her the clothes and confidence she needs to succeed.

After visiting Smart Works Newcastle, a massive 71% secured a job within a month, starting a new chapter and transforming their lives.

I went through my own issues when I was younger, and a charity like Smart Works would have been invaluable...

Now, I want to help other women achieve their dreams. I want to raise as much money as possible to support this incredible charity so women can break this vicious cycle faster and live fulfilled lives...

...so much so that I'm going to do something that fills me with dread and I never thought I would do... I'm going to model on a runway fashion show!
