Shelter provides practical help and legal advice to those facing homelessness. It can happen for many reasons: rents are through the roof, the cost of living is spiralling, there's a severe lack of affordable and social housing (but strangely plenty of luxury flats), unscrupulous landlords, sudden unemployment, relationship breakups, the list is long and things can come out of nowhere very quickly. Sometimes people need a hand and Shelter are a fantastic charity that can provide that. Be assured that anything you donate will be directly helping people's lives that really need it. Thank you!
