We're taking on Pedal, Paddle, Peak, in support of Muscular Dystrophy UK because they need support now more than ever, and our muscles matter.

The challenge involves a 15 mile cycle ride along part of the undulating road adjacent to Ullswater followed by a 2 mile kayaking course in a katakanu. Then we will be ascending Hellvellyn, the third highest mountain in the Lakes, and following the descent we will be cycling back for a final gruelling 15 miles. We need to complete the whole challenge within 9 hours!

Muscular Dystrophy UK is the charity for the 110,000 children and adults living with muscle-wasting conditions in the UK. There's currently no cure, and it many cases, it limits lives. MDUK fund world-class research into treatments and cures as well as providing vital information, advice, resources and support for individuals and families living with these conditions.
