14 members of the North West regional team will be taking on the Coniston Challenge 2024 to support Alder Hey Children's Charity.

This is a triathlon with a twist which involves a 15km cycle through the Lake District, a 11.8km hike to the summit of the iconic Old Man of Coniston followed by a 3km canoe over Coniston Water.
