My name is Mike Flack and on 5th May 2024 I am running in the Belfast City Marathon. I am taking this opportunity to raise funds for one of the best charities I've seen in action - IncredABLE!

IncredABLE is a charity which creates meaningful social, recreational and educational opportunities for those with a learning disability and/or autism.

They provide meaningful training and employment in a variety of different areas and skills for those with additional needs.

This charity is very close to my heart as I have a strong personal connection to the people in IncredABLE. I have seen first hand the IncredABLE work they carry out and just how much it means to the people involved in the programme and the families of those involved also. And not to mention the quality of the work they do and the products they produce! No matter which IncredABLE facility you visit you will be served with amazing food and drinks and exceptional customer service all carried out with a friendly face!

Personally I suggest everyone gets their hands on the chocolate lollies from IncredABLE-y Made - amazing themes and designs on each and every one and not to mention very tasty too!

Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and 100% of the money is going towards a great cause allowing IncredABLE to continue to provide these great opportunities among communities!
