Help us save lives in Essex. A charitable fund supporting cardiac research and those who are recovering from heart related illness or surgery in the county of Essex.

Story

On a dark rainy night our friend Stuart James became seriously unwell with heart failure. Thanks to the quick thinking, calm approach and life-saving skills of his friends, he's been able to tell the tale.

In recognition of these awesome efforts, we're donating to The Essex Heart Fund - a registered charity personally set up by our friend and consultant cardiologist who helped keep Stu alive and en route to recovery. You can read more about the charity below. In the meantime thank you in advance for your donation - your contribution means you're also helping to save lives.

The Essex Heart Fund is here to help save lives in Essex.

It will do this by funding innovative research projects and by supporting groups working in our communities to assist those with ongoing heart conditions or recovering from surgery.
