On a dark rainy night our friend Stuart James became seriously unwell with heart failure. Thanks to the quick thinking, calm approach and life-saving skills of his friends, he's been able to tell the tale.

In recognition of these awesome efforts, we're donating to The Essex Heart Fund - a registered charity personally set up by our friend and consultant cardiologist who helped keep Stu alive and en route to recovery.
