I am taking part in this years Doddie Aid challenge aiming to raise £500 by covering 250 miles in January, this will be Cycling (outdoor and indoor), walking and running

I am sure most of my friends will be aware of Doddie Wier who passed away through having MND (which is such a cruel disease) at the end of 2022

The money raised here will go towards the research to help prevent this in the future
