When Jon Buckley told me he was running 4 half marathons in 4 weeks to raise money for Snowdrop and their work with victims of Human Trafficking, I said "Great way to celebrate your 40th birthday. Go for it."

Then he added: "What about joining me? Have you got one more half-marathon in you?"

How could I refuse?

And so I've chosen the flattest course of the 4. Training has been incredibly hard but it's a great cause to run for ... and Jon is a good friend!
