Story

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, anything you can pledge, no matter how little, really is greatly appreciated! 🙏

Last year, I ran the 25km route, so this year I thought I would up the anti and go for the 50km (just over 31 miles).

I'm running in support of Dementia UK with a target of £500, or 1p per metre, so if you don't have much to give, even a few pence will help spur me on! 👍

Why I'm supporting Dementia UK?

Well, in addition to my own family being affected by this cruel disease, every three minutes, someone in the UK develops dementia - it's one of the biggest health challenges of our time. Families affected are often left feeling exhausted and overwhelmed and don’t know where to turn. But with the support of an Admiral Nurse and Dementia UK, families facing the fear and confusion of dementia know they’re not alone.

Thanks again for the support, it means so much, to so many people! 🧡
