A spinal cord injury changes your whole life. It affects everything. Having the support of people who understand the challenges makes such a big difference.

Having help navigating your way, having peers to talk to and to learn and share things with, being able to get info you can trust about health issues or how to do things, help getting the equipment you need. These are just some of the things that make a huge difference in people’s lives.

There are a lot of great causes out there. Spinal Cord Injury Ontario is one of them and they have been helping folks for 80 years.
