I have chosen to take part in 10YFan in May 2025 to raise much needed funds for Cardiff & Vale Health Charity, the official charity of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.

Your support will have a direct impact to all the patients, staff and the community we service across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

All monies raised will support the Health Meadow fund, at University Hospital Llandough, and I'd be grateful for any support!
