The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep their helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.

I'm taking on my biggest challenge to raise as much money as I can to support the amazing charity and the work they do.

Ironman Weymouth 70.3 starts with a 1.2 mile swim in the sea, a 56 mile cycle around the Dorset countryside and finishes with a 13.1 mile run along Weymouth seafront.

The Wales Air Ambulance save lives and support families through the most difficult periods anyone can imagine and is all powered by donations.
