Hi All....

It's been a while since I took on one of these challenges. Covid, life and general business/laziness has got in the way for a few (several) years now.

But - I will be getting back on a bike in November and this time sweating it out on a gruelling cycle challenge for a week up the coast of Thailand from Bangkok to Koh Samui.

It will be hot and humid and we will be cycling approx. 100km each day.....

No - It won't be a holiday!

No - I won't be staying in 5 star resorts!

No - it won't be a piece of cake.........
