We support Birmingham Children's Hospital to improve the lives of sick children

Story

National Highways Regional Investment Programme Midlands colleagues have chosen Birmingham Children's Hospital as our 2023-24 charity.

Throughout this year colleagues from the Wellbeing Team will be planning various activities for fundraising and will use this page for any online donations.

In Sept 23 a number of colleagues are taking on Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), when donating please pop a reference to Yr Wyddfa and your name along with a good luck message!

Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity believe there’s always more they can do for our sick kids and that’s why they will always strive to do more for their patients and families. It’s their mission to raise the vital funds needed to make a real difference to all who use the hospital.

Your support empowers them to take innovative approaches to treating some of the sickest children in the UK. Our fundraising enables them to make the hospital feel just like home. Your donations will help them to find new ways to treat and cure childhood diseases.

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
