Story
I am putting together a team made up of some amazing friends to take on a 24 mile trail across the Gower Peninsula on 6th September to raise money for Marie Curie.
We’re going the extra mile for my beautiful sister Nicole, who lost her fight to cancer in October 2024. Having experienced what it’s like to have a loved one with terminal illness and the care that people in that situation need. I know it is extremely hard and upsetting to watch a family member dying, knowing there is nothing you can do to save them. Charities like this help families in their time of need, when they are going through worst time of their lives. Unfortunately terminal illnesses, like cancer, are getting more and more common and can hit anyone at any time.
My sister had a heart of gold and was taken far too soon. She was always trying to help others and give to charities. We are now trying to do something to raise some money for a great charity in memory of my sister, Nicole and others like her.
If anyone can give a little to support this charity by sponsoring us and keep us going that extra mile or join my team and help us raise money for this cause it would be greatly appreciated! I can send you link to join the team.
