Story

Exercise and wellbeing is important to everyone. Taking part in this challenge or sponsoring someone who is could help KEMP fund essential exercise and wellbeing for patients facing progressive life limiting illnesses in the local community.

Just £23.50, could pay for a session for a patient with KEMP's dedicated exercise and wellbeing specialist.

Whether alleviating pain, regaining mobility, or enhancing overall well-being, KEMP's exercise and well-being practitioner tailors personalised exercise programs to individual goals. KEMP offers swift assistance for those experiencing rapid changes in mobility or worsening symptoms.

KEMP supports everyone facing progressive life-limiting illnesses and navigating the challenges of bereavement in our local community, always offering assistance free of charge.
