The rate of babies born premature or sick in the UK is rising with 1 in every 7 babies needing neonatal care.

All four of my children were premature and three of them needed to spend time in the neonatal unit. Scarlett was my first baby and she was 6.5 weeks early. She will be 18 in November and thus old enough to run the marathon in 2025. Together we shall run the London Marathon raising money for Bliss who are an amazing charity and who were fundamental for both myself as a parent of a premature baby and Scarlett who was born prematurely.

Bliss is continuing the fight to improve outcomes and quality of life for these babies such as Scarlett, Atticus, Olivia and Sterling - but we need your help to do that.
