For the 4th time (and in July), I will be completing the Coast to Coast Challenge in aid of Grocery Aid. Grocery Aid support individuals and families that work in the Grocery and Retail sector that have fallen on hard times....providing much needed financial support in their time of need.

We'll be delicately perched on our small saddles for 3 long days riding through the 3 National Parks of The Lake District, the Yorkshire Moors and the North Yorkshire Moors.....all of which are punchy, physically demanding and quite simply, brutal at times.
