Lads and lasses!! It's time to lace up and get those bodies moving with our 'Run 10k to Raise 10k' challenge!! We are asking you to run 10k in one go, or 2 halves during the first weekend of March 1st & 2nd.

Story

Those of you who know Stephen & I, know that we recently had to say goodbye to our baby girl at 13 weeks. She meant everything to us and we had planned our lives together with her front and centre. To lose her, and to deal with all the physical complications I had with the miscarriage, made the past few weeks the toughest of our lives. I miss her and carrying her with me every second of every day.

The Worst Girl Gang Ever (TWGGE) have been a comfort for me everyday since. I have constantly been listening to their podcasts, reading their books, chatting with their online community of warriors... they have quite simply been a beacon of light for me in a dark time.

Bex and Laura, who run TWGGE are two lovely souls and I can't thank them enough. This is why I'm raising money for TWGGE Foundation, and to support all of those with broken hearts and empty arms.

I will be taking part in a triple challenge throughout March & April:

- Hyde Park 10km (alongside warriors from the TWGGE community)

- Surrey Half Marathon

- London Marathon

Here’s the TWGGE goal...

“To live in a world where the experiences of baby loss and infertility are understood and support is accessible and available to everyone…”
