Story

I am thrilled to announce that me and my Partner Victoria and our team at BUPA will be participating in the BUPA 3 Peaks Challenge on September 20, 2024, to support Project 500 - Mind Over Mountains.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge - climbing Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough and returning to the starting point in a continuous circuit. We'll be covering a distance of around 25 miles (40KM), with a total ascent of over 1,600 metres and completing the route hopefully in around 12 hours. The climb will take place on Friday 20th September.

My goal is to raise £500 to help Mind Over Mountains provide more mental health support in nature to those in need across the UK. Mind Over Mountains is a pioneering charity that empowers individuals to conquer mental health challenges through therapeutic outdoor experiences. Their specialist wellbeing walks and retreats combine professionally guided hill-walking, mindfulness, and quality time with experienced coaches and counsellors.
