In 2002 on a cold, dark November morning, my wife and I lost our "beautiful boy", William; 13.

He was doing his paper round on his bike, to save up enough money to go on holiday to Disney Florida.

He was our only child.

Since then Annie and I have rebuilt our lives, one slow painful step after another.

In 2017, I joined The Compassionate Friends, as a helpline volunteer.

This year I am immensely proud to have become an internationally published author.

The title of the book is Sales Unplugged.

Whilst it is targeted as a business book, Part 2: Stories from the Frontline, include a range of tales and anecdotes that should inspire all bereaved parents of what is possible, despite carrying the burden of our loss.

The book is not available until the end of the year. However, Early Bird copies of the book are available NOW for a minimum donation to The Compassionate Friends of £13.50 inc postage & packing (for UK residents).

The Compassionate Friends supports parents grieving the loss of a child of any age. Using peer to peer support we offer a helpline, support groups nationwide and retreats for those whose child has died by any cause. We also support adult brothers and sisters who are left behind.
