Story
Since the New Year, I've been training to tackle the Brighton Marathon and as part of this I've traded in pints for pavement!
I've been doing this to raise funds for Mind's work in supporting mental health, knowing that every step I took was helping someone in need. With each mile clocked and each zero Guinness drunk, I knew I was getting that bit closer. At least that's what kept me going when my legs felt like jelly and my resolve was waning.
So here's to the power of a little sweat and determination. Let's raise a glass (once I finish, of course) to smashing goals, breaking barriers, and running towards a brighter future—for all of us.
