Story
Mae has been growing her hair for two years now with the intention of donating it for children in need of it. Today is the day when she cuts it off, and whilst she's a little apprehensive, she's ready to embrace the change.
Obviously, donating her hair is a huge gift for the Little Princess Trust. It does cost money to have it transformed in to a wig. Any contribution, big or small would be very gratefully received. Thank you for taking the time to read Mae's story.
The Little Princess Trust makes and gives wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
