Within these industries, suicide tragically affects a disproportionate amount of men. In the construction industry alone, 29 out of 1,000 workers lost their lives to suicide - almost twice the national average.

We are raising funds for Movember, the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. Not just limited to mental health and suicide, the charity is also taking on prostate and testicular cancer.

Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, and shaking up men’s health research.

Several members of the Re-flow team have decided to do their part this November, growing out their mo and raising funds and awareness for men's mental health.
