Hoping all is well and reaching out to let you all know that I am running the London Marathon 2025 for Family Holiday Charity.

Family Holiday Charity is a London based Charity that sends families facing tough times on a much-needed holiday. Many families they support are struggling with additional caring responsibilities, bereavement, long-term illness, isolation, and mental health challenges, or are survivors of abuse.

To honor this charity, my fundraising target is £1,900. To send a family of four away costs, on average, £730 and I can only hope that with your help, we can give more families the chance to create cherished memories and enjoy the break they truly deserve.

This cause is especially meaningful to me because, growing up in the Bronx, my parents used a similar organization to provide my brothers and I with life-changing summer trips to Ontario, Canada. As I’m sure 99% of my friends know as I always say I’m from Canada.

These trips gave us experiences and memories that would have been impossible for us financially. Those summers shaped my childhood and showed me the impact a holiday can have on a family navigating difficult circumstances.

This will be my third marathon (Crazy to think about!) on the road to my Six-Star medal, and I’m honored to be running for a charity that resonates so deeply with my own story.
