Hello, I am taking part in a charity abseil that will be 170 ft drop down the Trafford Palazzo for Together Dementia Support.

I am extremely scared of heights so wish me luck!

Together Dementia Support help people to live positively with dementia in Manchester and Trafford. Over the course of 2023, they have worked with 999 people living with dementia and their carers, enabling them to live actively, socially and positively, with support for both people living with dementia and their loved ones.
