Story
Hi! On Sunday 28th May I'll be cycling 100 Miles in the RideLondon - Essex and I'm hoping to raise money for Haematology Cancer Care, who provide excellent treatments for my Uncle who has been battling Leukaemia for the past 16 years.
Your donations will be used to fund further, specialist education for nursing staff, something all the more needed since nursing bursaries were abolished in 2017.
Haematology Cancer Care have a strong community of patients, families and staff committed to supporting haematological cancers through fundraising activities and events. Uniquely, we are run by senior clinical staff working closely with all haematology teams and haematology patients ensuring donations make a significant impact on the services here at UCLH.
Haematology Cancer Care provide wide-ranging support including high-tech medical equipment and research projects, free complementary therapy for patients and families and specialist education for nurses across five inpatient wards, day-care, ambulatory care and young adult and outpatient services
