Story

One year after having triple bypass heart surgery in March 2022, I want to continue my recovery by helping to raise money for Shelter & taking part in the 100km challenge in March 2023. I've previously supported Shelter via schemes such as Architect in the House and any money raised this month will be gratefully received.

The 100km challenge is simply to walk, jog or run 100km in a month and also support Shelter to help with housing problems, homelessness and housing justice.

The housing crisis is a national emergency. Right now, thousands of people are trying to get by without a safe place to call home.

Shelter believe that a safe home is a fundamental need and basic moral right. The fundraisers who are taking on the 100km in March challenge are joining the fight for home by fundraising to support families and individuals facing homelessness. Because home is everything.
