This year I am taking on the 300 miles from Aberdeen to Newcastle in just two days on my bike to raise thousands of pounds for Maggie’s Centre in Newcastle and Aberdeen. North Star are also going to match whatever is raised which is great news!

As part of our sustainability efforts at North Star this will look to benefit the communities we live and work in with a 50/50 split of all donations.

Maggie’s has world-class facilities in Aberdeen and Newcastle with specialist teams providing essential advice and mental health support to people going through cancer.

These center's hold a special place in my heart and to try and repay some of the efforts to the teams at maggies is something definitely worth doing.
