It's that time of year again when I give up my bed for the night so others don't have to! It will be cold, it will be a restless night for sure but I am fortunate enough to get in my car, drive home and put the heating on. Others don't have this luxury, they do it night in night out...

Homelessness has no boundaries. It could happen to me, it could happen to you, it could happen to anyone. Everyone has their own story and YMCA are here to provide a safe place to call home, to listen and support those who are homeless and living in crisis.

YMCA wider services include family mediation, counselling, emergency foodbank, outreach, supported accommodation and furniture shops. They are a local charity helping and supporting those in Burton-on-Trent and across East Staffordshire. Thet support over 12,000 people each year with their vital work.
