Story
This September, I've been roped into pushing myself and taking on a challenge, all to help raise vital funds for my local hospice, Hospiscare! I'll be ascending to new heights, taking my courage in both hands and making the 110ft descent off Meldon Viaduct to the valley floors below.
I am doing this for a very dear friend of my parents, Simon Marshall, who recently lost his life to cancer and was receiving support through Hospiscare.
Hospiscare are a local charity who care for terminally ill patients and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. Their teams of doctors and nurses offer specialist palliative and end-of-life care, to ensure that patients can make the most of the time they have left. They're a really important part of the local healthcare system and as a charity, they rely on donations to keep their services going.
I know the past couple of years have been hard for everyone, but I want to help ensure Hospiscare can continue to be there for the community now and in the future. Please help me make a difference and give whatever you can. Every donation helps and your support would mean the world to me. Thank you!
