Story

On 17th May cyclists from Knight Frank will be embarking on a cycle of the Chiltern Hills. Some taking on 80km and some 40km. There is an entry fee which will be donated on this page but any sponsorship (however great or small) from family, friends and colleagues is also greatly welcomed and appreciated.

We are raising money for the Mental Health Foundation, see below some background on what they do, we hope you agree this is a fantastic cause:

Since 1949, the Mental Health Foundation has been leading the UK in building good mental health.

Poor mental health is not inevitable, and we believe that everyone deserves good mental health. The Mental Health Foundation challenge the way things are done so that no-one living in the UK is deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live.

Donations raised will help them to create fundamental change in the UK’s approach to mental health through researching and developing more effective ways to support and protect mental health, running national campaigns, providing free evidence-backed resources and running programmes to help those most at risk.
