Hi! I'm NickRPGreen, streamer and speedrunner and I'm raising money for City of Sanctuary UK by speedrunning all five games in the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection back-to-back.
The Speedrun
Throughout August and September I'll be returning to and practicing each game, as well as completing the trilogy and duology runs as progress milestones. This will then culminate in a much bigger stream where I'll complete all five games and attempt to break the current world record of just under 5 hours. The date of this run will be announced later in the year.

City of Sanctuary UK
I'm supporting City of Sanctuary UK because right now in Britain, I believe it is crucially important to support the organisations that are working to make Britain a safe and inclusive country.
The violence and racism seen across the country right now has been upsetting, but it's important to remember that the rhetoric being spouted is being done so by and for the minority. The majority of people in the UK is strongly apposed and condemn the actions of the far-right. As part of my voice in that fight, I want to bolster the efforts being done in spite of that hatred.
The work City of Sanctuary UK is doing right now is so important to thousands if not millions of displaced people in our country right now. Those people need to know that Britain is a caring and compassionate country and support is always available.
Our networks are made up of thousands of ordinary people all around the country who are stepping up to support people seeking sanctuary in our communities. We work with individuals, groups and organisations in every area and in every sector to encourage inclusivity, solidarity and compassion for people from a forced displacement background.
